Last Push!

Late Post! I've been so busyyyy :) This was a saturday before our comprehensive exams! It was a perfect time to unwind and just take a break from school and just spend time with friends. Eat good food, sing our hearts out and just talk about anything under the sun! :D

Original plan was to the Burger Project in UP but then since we wanted Red to come with us, we decided to go to Greenhills instead because he's meeting up with his friends there. I have always loved Belgian fries which my friend Hazel recommended before and i find myself coming back for it :P and since they haven't tried it yet, i asked Jane, Yamsie and Alyssa if we can drop by and grab some fries first, while waiting for the boys. and they said YESSSSSSSSS <3

 after we finished eating my beloved belgian fries,the boys finally arrived!!!  Jane was craving for Happy Lemon so we went there and i decided to try out something new. I think it was called Green Tea with Cocoa Rock Salt and Cheese? i'm not really sure! hahahaha i didn't like it at first but after few more sips, the taste got better and better :)

we stayed at greenhills till around 9pm killing time before heading to Mercato! (yesss more food!!!) 

We were walking around High Street when we spotted YUKI (the dog)! she's an Akita breed :) the owner said she's 10 months old but she's so big you'd wanna hug her!

 

 We walked around, we stayed at fully booked actually ;) around 10pm we're ready for Mercato!! We decided to walk instead since it's just a few blocks away! Mercato was jam packed that night and i don't know why and i got really excited cause i spotted my celebrity crushie James Reid around even though he was with his girlfriend at that time. hehee

 If you've been to mercato, i'm pretty sure you know what this is... TACKLINGS!!! I have been craving for this! the last bite that i had was last december so i was really excited to buy one again hihi

 There was a band playing that night...and my awesome evil friends volunteered "ME" to sing in front of the crowd :| #fml i was really nervous but since i had no choice anymore i thought to myself  "fineeeeee!!  they don't know who i am anyway so why not? HAHAHAHAHA"

 That's Jane and Red, and i am seriously hoping they would finally develop feelings for each other muahahahaha it's just so funny whenever they make fun of each other!

and then that's Bob! We went back to Jane's condo afterwards and me, kenneth, bob and red actually slept over at her place HAHAHA that night was so much fun! 

We are so ready for finals!!!! last push! BRING IT ON! 

Touchdown Ilocos Day 1

we left Manila Sunday night and arrived Ilocos Sur around 8 in the morning the next day. Longgggg ride i know.  But it was all worth it ;) We dropped by Kim's place first and her Dad cooked Breakfast for us! I forgot what the cuisines were called...but they were delicacies from Ilocos :D

 After resting, we went straight to tour! first stop, Ferdinand Marcos Presidential Center. It is where President Marcos' wax figure lies. Idk why it was closed that day, but for some reason it was so we weren't able to get in yet. good thing we managed to go back there few minutes before we left Ilocos on Day 3! hihihi

 We then visited Paoay Church which i find really beautiful!  It's ancient but how the church was built, the structural design is undeniably amazing. It's not too grand but there's something about it that once you look at it in person---truly mesmerizing.

 We then head on to laoag city and visited other churches. We even said it feels like we're doing Bisita Iglesia in advance HAHAHAHA and for sure we had one prayer---INTERNSHIP!

 

By Sunset, we were already on our way to Fort Ilocandia! It's a 5 star resort in Ilocos, and going there proved why it is labeled as such. the place is very calm. It makes you wanna relax and just forget about everything.

 The interior is furnished with woods---which added the "vacation house vibe" in my opinion.

 HAHAHAHA my friends were playing with Light Photography and this is what they drew. I bet you're laughing if you get it ;)

And ofcourse, if you're going to Ilocos, you shall not forget to try their famous Empanada! We had that for dinner and it was so delicious!!!

Day 1 ended and i have to admit something happened that night that kind of ruined my mood... but no worries, i called a good friend, cried a bit and i felt better and we went back to the place and sleep to gain energy for tomorrow! Because Day 2's gonna be a long day and i'm really excited to tell you guys what actually happened next ;) hahaha

Happy Birthday To Me!

Like i said... i celebrated my birthday studying...

 studying...studying...studying...

 and playing with the lights! HAHAHA :)))

 

   when i went to class Bea, Hazel, Princess, Athena and Kiara bought me this cake! it looked so delicious i wanted to eat the cherry right away! hahaha    

 After my 7pm class i waited for my roomates and my bestfriend for dinner! I treated them at Seoulia, which was a Korean Restaurant near our place.

 Appetizers for our hungry tummies! :D

 We got so sad when they told us they can't make the sushi platter that we were craving. They said the chef was out or something. :| :| :| But hey, more fooooood! 

 I forgot what they call this, but it's basically meat and then you grill grill grill hahahaha :)

 my favorite that night! It was a little spicy but it is super yummmmmmy! :D
